The Henderson Point property is located in western Pass Christian adjacent to Highway 90. It is considered to be a watershed of local significance that flows from Bayou Boisdore directly to the Bay of St. Louis. Approximately three acres of the property is a salt marsh, with the remainder in a predominantly pine forest. Among the few remaining undeveloped natural sites in this area, this landscape offers the viewing of a scenic vista.
